Hi all,
I think in addition to being able to subscribe to a topic, that there should be a link from the Home Page to view a list of all your subscribed topics with checkboxes. Checking the boxes and clicking on a remove butten wil remove selected topics from your subscribed list.
Just an idea that could be useful especially if you subscribe to a lot of topics.

John, this sounds like a good idea to me. right now, i don't know where it is, so just reading boards normlly and wil look for it when i get through exploring new topics.

I agree, the way it is at the moment you have to remember which topics you've subscribed to.
it tells you in the email if you read it when you get one. it says exactly which topic. i got one yesterday.

I like it, although the topics i subscribed to haven't got any replies to it since it was created. I subscribed to 2 yesterday, but subscribed to 2 more or a few more, can't remember how many

i've had a few changes though i'm stuck on a game and nobody's posted there since i did.
I like the new feature however i have got a small suggestion.
Both emails coming from private messages or to let us know about a new post in a topick they both say zone BBS mail sistem. I think it would be good if they were a bit different. Mail sistem is fine for private messages but when there is a new post it could say zone BBS board subscription or something.
The reason i am asking is because when we get an email on msn it says you have recieved a new email from zone BBS mail sistem so we don't know if we got a private message or a new post unless we open the email.
lol. I hope it makes sence. It's not something important it is just something i realised.
If it is difficult to be done it's not really a bigg problem.
does it really make that much of a difference to the rest of you? I personally see no problem with it just saying Zone BBs mail system, but what do the rest of you think
As i said it doesn't really but as person watch has got its own display name i thought it would be quicker to know that the email we got was board subscription strate away.
Also i think i found a bug with it but i am not sure so it would be good to see if others noticed it.
If we reply to a topick we are subscribed we get a quicknote saying that there is a new post. If we go to another page after that without refreshing the current page the sistem thinks we didn't read the reply so it doesn't let us know when there is actually a new post. lol i hope it makes sence.
hmmm, as for the bug, that doesn't seem right. You will get Quicknotes for every new post even if you don't read the topic. It's only when you aren't logged in that you get one message and that's it. The mail system Email tag is easy. I thought I did that actually. I'll check later.

As i said i wasn't sure about the bug but i was logged in and somebody replied to a topick i was subscribed but i didn't get a quicknote. But it only happened once.
Usually it works fine.
All good ideas I think the link shood be either on the home page oor on the the boards page hope this makes sence
